Our Commercial Real Estate Property Manager will work with outside contractors or the tenant, as necessary, to analyze your properties’ physical maintenance requirements and implement a plan that is both comprehensive and cost effective. We will provide services that include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Coordination and supervision of maintenance and upgrading activities;
• Coordination of caretaking, grounds keeping, interior and exterior common
area cleaning and maintenance as well as snow and refuse removal;
• Institution of preventative maintenance programs for equipment;
• Monitoring of environmental risks and recommendation of restorative alternatives;
• Thorough inspections of properties on a regular basis;
• Optional replacement fund analysis;
• Property Manager will work with the grounds-keeping contractor to ensure that the
landscaping quality is equal to the quality of the physical structure itself; and,
• Provision of 24-hour contact and/or emergency service.
