Services offered for Home Owners Association:

  • Set up and maintain owner database
  • Mail annual dues statements to all home owners
  • Record all payments received
  • Produce financial statements for the board including bank reconciliation, aged accounts receivable, aged accounts payable, and any other reports the board requests
  • Prepare annual budget
  • Collect outstanding dues from owners
  • Pay approved invoices on behalf of the board
  • Associations’ monies held in separate trust account
  • Attend board meetings
