We enable owners and condo boards in making decisions and the timely flow of information and decisions to enable completion of projects as required by the contract documents including review and observation of the construction project. This is important to the Owner and Consultant not only to determine that the work is proceeding in conformity with the contract documents, but also because it allows a final opportunity to detect any inaccuracies, ambiguities or inconsistencies in the work.
- Manage all post award vendor relationships for projects
- Negotiate all change orders, claims and scope enquiries
- Manage progress payments and approvals
- Track project budgets and schedules for contracts
- Assist with the development of scope of work and RFx for construction tenders
- Liaise with project managers, engineers and construction / site managers to ensure vendors are completing work to schedule and to required quality levels.
